1. Pour milk into the pot and keep it boiling by adding water. Now put all the nuts in the sugar jar.
2. Add cardamom and stir the milk occasionally.
3. Make dry fruits powder when the milk starts boiling, then gas it on medium flame. Add milk powder little by little and should not form kernels.
4. Now add a little bit of the prepared powder and mix it in the milk.
5. Put the seeds in a pan and dry fry on low heat for 1 minute and add Vilay Saffron to the milk and mix.
6. Turn off the gas while stirring for 7-8 minutes. When the room becomes temperature, keep it in the fridge while serving. Beat the milk with a blender, add some chopped nuts and mix it for the rest of the garnish.
7. Garnish with Vilay Saffron, dry fruits and syrup in a glass or mug and serve cold.
8. If you wish, serve by adding ground ice.
