We have a range of pack sizes ranging from a 0.5 gram pack to 20 gram pack all designed to be pilfer proof for maximum protection from climatic conditions. A lot of R&D has been done over the years to develop our existing packaging which ensures that no one can tamper, replicate or misuse our pack in any way. We have ensured that the quality of the saffron threads remains as it was when it was packed so that each consumer receives a pack with minimum weight loss. Additionally, the designing is done in a way which is eye catching and unique to all other saffron brands across the world.

Undeliverable Packages

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This is usually due to the Courier Agency not being able to deliver in a remote location or repeated unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address. In such cases, we will attempt to re-ship orders as soon as we get them back by a different courier ( if required )

CREDIT CARD , DEBIT CARD AND BANKING INFORMATION

VILAY SAFFRON Online does not collect or store Credit Card or Debit Card or banking information. Such information may be provided by you during the purchase transaction. However this information does not come to VILAY SAFFRON Online. It is directly transmitted through the payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank. No information is stored by VILAY SAFFRON.

Vilay Saffron may at any time revise the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should withdraw using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and put up with by the modified Terms & Conditions of use of this site.

Payments

Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, QR Code, Net Banking, Cash,  Cheque, & DD. Credit card, Debit Card, QR Code and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and suggested to ensure faster processing of your order.

Allotment & Shipping

The products will be fixed to the customers whose payment has been received first Items for orders placed together may be shipped separately

Objectionable Material

Vilay Saffron and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you.

Colors

We have made every effort to put on show the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your display, we cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will be accurate.

Prices for products are describe on our Website and are integrated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at Vilay Saffron

Termination

Vilay Saffron may hang up or stop your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute diplomacy that you have breached any of the Terms.

Severability

If any stipulations of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & DeliveryWe aim to process and send off orders as quickly as possible.

• For deliveries in the rest of India : five to six working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
• VILAY SAFFRON reserve the right to refuse confirmed orders that will fall under the following categories of items:- Cheques, Money orders, Drafts & E- Banking
• Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.
• Delivery of merchandise will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you during the Order process. You will need to submit a separate Order for Goods where you require multiple delivery destinations.
• If you are not individually available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
• On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, such as photo identification or proof.
• You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.
• You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure delivery can take place.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of VILAY SAFFRON orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address via FedEx. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assess, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as unspoiled as possible, we have arranged with FedEx to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from FedEx for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay FedEx directly at the time of delivery.

• International Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and weight of order.
• For orders to be shipped outside India orders amount is displayed in USD currency but on selecting CC Avenue as payment gateway amount will be charged in INR currency.

DUTY AND TAXES

Please note that the Duty and Taxes charge will be extra as per the Customs of end country and cannot be confirmed in advance.

CUSTOMS OBLIGATION

Please note that the receiver needs to fulfill the requirements regarding the paperwork for the purpose of Import Clearance. It is not necessary that the consignee will have to visit Customs office but depending on the Customs rule of the destination country, there might be a need of several paperwork at times to clear the goods from Customs. If any such requirements arises then the same needs to be adhered to by the receiver failing which we will not be liable of any MONEY BACK as the Carrier will not be able to deliver the goods without it and the Customs might not allow the goods to enter their country due to which the same will be carried back by the Carrier.

REMOTE AREA

Please note that if the receiver’s delivery address falls into a remote area then a charges of INR 1400 + Service Tax will be levied extra.. Thanks for your understanding
