 Flower Cream Milk - 1 Liter
 Sugar Powder - ½ cup
 Cashews - 8-10
 Green cardamom - 4
 Pistachios - 10-12
 Vilay Saffron - 15-20 threads

1 . To make Malai Kulfi with Saffron, first of all, put full cream milk in a heavy vessel and keep it on the gas for heating.
2 .When the milk starts boiling then you slow down the gas.
3. Now cut all the dry fruits into small pieces and keep them in a plate.
4. Coarsely grind small cardamom.
5. Let the milk boil on low heat and allow it to thicken. Keep in mind that while stirring the milk on low flame, keep stirring it with a spoon or else the milk will stick to the bottom of the pot.
6. Now add dryfruits to it and let it boil with milk.
7. You also add cardamom to this milk. And let it boil with milk, this will dissolve the taste of cardamom in the milk.
8. When the milk starts to thicken, add sugar to it and let it boil.
9. When the sugar dissolves in the milk, you turn off the gas after boiling the milk for 1 minute.
10. AddVilay Saffron and keep it aside in milk.
11. When the milk cools down, fill it in a container and place it in the fryer.
12 . Malai Kulfi takes longer to freeze than the time you take to freeze snow.
