Kesar Lassi केसर लस्सी

 2 cup yoghurt (curd)
 1 cup cold milk
 2 teaspoon sugar
 1 teaspoon almonds
 1 teaspoon pistachios
 7 strand Vilay Saffron
 2 tablespoon milk

1. To make this super delicious beverage, take a small bowl and add two tablespoon warm milk and add in the Vilay Saffron strands. Mix it well and keep it aside.
2. Next, take a blender, add in cold milk, sugar, almonds, pistachios, yoghurt and the saffron mixed milk. Blend all the ingredients to frothy lassi.
3. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds and serve chilled!
4. If you don't like a thick texture, add in some water while blending the lassi, this will make the texture light.
