1.First clean the rice, wash it well and soak it in water for one hour.
2. After the scheduled time, take out the rice water and spread it on a plate.
3. Put rice, 3 cups of water, Vilay Saffron milk, one tablespoon of ghee and sugar in a pressure cooker on medium heat and turn off the flame by applying 2 whistles.
4. After this, in a pan, heat a teaspoon of ghee in a pan.
5. When the ghee gets hot, add cloves, cashews, almonds, cardamom powder and coconut and fry them lightly on medium heat.
6. Then add cooked rice, raisins and ground cardamom in the pan and mix all the ingredients well. Cook it 7. while stirring it for 1 minute and turn off the heat and cover the pan for 1 minute.
Sweet yellow rice is ready.
